Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer phone calls and manage office communications - Schedule appointments for patients using scheduling systems such Dentrix - Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary co-payments - Maintain patient records and update information as needed -Submit and post insurance claims - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail - Ensure the reception area is clean and organized Skills:
- Experience working in a front desk or receptionist role beneficial - Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology preferred - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.
